AgentMark is operated by Cactivate, Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices at 10 Fan Pier Blvd, Boston, MA 02210. AgentMark provides AI-powered automation tools to streamline and scale media buying operations for marketing teams.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding agreement. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

4. Paid Plans, Free Trials, and Billing

• Free Trials: May be offered at our discretion.
• Paid Plans: Billed according to selected tier. All payments are non-refundable.
• Stripe is our payment processor.
• Cancellations: You may cancel at any time. Access continues through the billing period.
